When it was created, the Japanese TIGHTBOOTH was not quite what it is today. Created by professional skateboarder Shinpei Ueno in 2005, the group initially made a name for themselves filming skate videos, with " LENZ " being one of their most popular productions. The clothing arrived shortly after and the brand now operates at the intersection of fashion and skateboarding.

Previously partnering with the fragment design of a long-time member of the Nike family, it was only a matter of time before TIGHTBOOTH received its own collaboration with the Swoosh . And that time finally seems to have come, as leaks have revealed that the two are working on a Nike SB Dunk Low that is set to release later this year.

Looking at the newly surfaced first look, the TIGHTBOOTH x Nike SB Dunk Low uses a subdued scheme that is essentially the reverse of the ubiquitous “ Panda ” colorway. A matte black material is applied to the underside, while white leathers bearing a texture reminiscent of a steel plate wrap the shoe on top. Additionally, the Swoosh features a reflective finish; the large tongue is decorated with “ TIGHTBOOTH ” branding and a dotted pattern; And orange highlights mark the logo tab as well as some internal elements.
