The Nike Dunk Low "UNLV" is an original model of the old performance basketball shoe that was included in the 1985 " Be True to Your School Pack. " Released in January 2021, the "UNLV" refers to the composition of the Dunk manufactured exclusively for the UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball team during the model's initial production run in the 1980s .

As for this contemporary reissue, Nike maintains the original look and the results are clearly favorable. Varsity Red leather overlays can be found on the forefoot, toe box, eyelets, and heel. The Las Vegas area school's Vast Gray hue appears on the perforated toe, midfoot, collar and heel. Additional red accent is placed on the leather Swoosh branding that appears on either side and on the heel counter and laces of the shoe. A gray "Nike" embroidery is sewn on the back of the shoe. A thin nylon tongue displays classic Nike Air branding to complete the look.
