After the 2002R completely dominated 2022, New Balance is hoping to do the same again with the 1906R . A silhouette that made its big debut in 2010, it was brought back over a decade later and sneakerheads are already coveting it. Following the release of the Thisisneverthat collaboration and other special editions coming very soon, we now have a look at the New Balance 1906R “White Silver Gold” which is fully in line with the vintage spirit.

When you look at all the 1906Rs that have been announced so far, none of them are as old school as this one. It's a father's sneaker, with a white mesh base and silver leather and TPU elements throughout the upper, for an aesthetic that seems straight out of the 90s . On top of that, gold accents are present throughout for an even more retro design. Other funky elements worth mentioning include the " N " logo which appears to be made of a woven fabric, and the N-ERGY midsole underfoot which is also accented with gold at the heel.
