The Nike Air Max Plus is one of the few silhouettes from the Swoosh whose popularity overseas is greater than in the United States. And while an overwhelming amount of saturation served as the silhouette's primary embellishment, a tonal shift was employed on the repurposed retro cushioning solution. Staying true to its gradient roots, a gradient of white and gray envelops the knitted mesh base layer, accented by translucent TPU overlays.

Along the mesh and leather tongue, nylon lining and laces, rarely " Olive " lace loops accent the clean white treatment of the upper in tandem with the light gray lining of the tongue.
