The Nike Air Max 97 has been on an interesting trajectory as of late by focusing more on general colorways paired with specific motifs such as the Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day holidays, as well as shaping its iconic " Silver Bullet" in an updated version for golfers. Now, it appears another online version is on the horizon, this time in the form of a model adorned with brand ephemera.
What appear to be chronological sketches of vintage Nike logos are arranged in repeating circular patterns and appear subtly along the throat and side overlays/windows, and most prominently along the heel tabs and insole graphics interior. Backdropping these retro designs is a mosaic of multi-colored hues including brighter tones of red, orange, yellow and blue that give these AM 97s a touch of artistic dynamism.
