Delivery time and method: We undertake to ship your orders via Colissimo, with an average delivery time* of 10 working days in mainland France.
Delay Liability: Although we do everything possible to ensure timely and reliable deliveries, certain factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions or disruptions related to global events like Chinese New Year, may delay your packages. Please note that Global Sneakers is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we are committed to supporting you should any issues arise.

Returns: You have 14 days after receiving your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To initiate a return, contact us at contact@globalsneakers.fr . If your return is accepted, it is your responsibility ( The customer provides the return shipping).
Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
Return Packaging and Shipping : Products must be returned in their original packaging and protected by a shipping carton, to prevent damage during transit.
Condition of Products : Items must be returned unworn, in 100% new condition, with all original seals and packaging intact.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items are excluded from returns, including personalized or custom-made items and personal care products. Returns of sale products or gift cards are not accepted. For any questions, please contact us.
Exchanges: We recommend returning the item you wish to exchange and placing a new order for the new item you want. This ensures that you receive the desired item as quickly as possible. If an exchange procedure has already been established regarding an order, it cannot be reproduced a second time.
Refunds in the form of a credit: For orders we offer a refund in the form of a credit that can be used on our site. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and if approved, it will be processed shortly. The credit has a validity period which will be indicated on it. A credit cannot allow you to obtain a refund again in the form of a credit.
Damage and Problems: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it effectively.
