The Boston-based shoe brand did more than just waterproof the shoe. In addition to the implementation of GORE-TEX, indicated by the embroidered logo on the toe of the shoe, the colorway presents a number of worn elements. For example, the blue leather trims along the forefoot, collar, and lace are white, an identical treatment to the blacked-out tread underfoot.
