Nike is slowly starting to expand its offerings for Halloween , an ensemble whose standout elements are classics adorned with cobwebs and even a nod to Freddy Krueger. Their latest decoration, which uses the silhouette of the Air Max 97 , encroaches on motifs already used for a relatively reserved take in the choice of its costume. A black paddle steers the rudder in a nod to the Day of the Dead, while a midnight-infused purple outfit sits below on the mudguard in textured suede. Then, sandwiched in between, a strip of sloppy green leather details the shoe's surroundings, its panels partially warped downward as if flowing over the rest of the construction.
