The New Balance 2002R GORE-TEX “Black” comes dressed in a mix of Black and Gray and features the silhouette’s OG mesh and suede construction. On a black mesh upper, predominantly black suede inserts cover the shoe; hits of gray are present on the tongue and heel, as well as the " N " logos on the lateral and medial sides. Underfoot we are greeted by New Balance's ABZORB and N-ERGY soles in the familiar White and Gray color scheme.

However, don't let the resolutely discreet appearance of this NB 2002R GORE-TEX "Black" fool you. As the name suggests, GORE-TEX has been added to the shoe, making it a versatile all-weather pair. As an everyday sports shoe, this 2002R has it all.
