The endless series of interpretations of the Nike Air More Uptempo from 1996 is enriched with a new version of the classic colors of the Chicago Bulls. While it seems like the combination of red, black and white has made its way onto this Scottie Pippen classic one time too many, Nike surprises us with some premium color blocking that should send Uptempo fans into a frenzy .
Dubbed “ Red Toe ,” this Air More Uptempo applies the bold bright red specifically to the toe of the shoe as well as the underlay of the AIR . The tongues, insole and Swoosh on the outsole follow suit, while Black covers the majority of the upper and midsole. A solid white rubber completes the look of this Red-Toe version.
